Golden began his career as a licensed commercial real estate agent in March 2004, later earning his Broker license in 2013. With over twenty years of experience, his focus spans both tenant and landlord representation, with an emphasis on bringing a genuine advisory approach to every client relationship.
Throughout his career, Golden has been involved in the consultation and lease-up of several high-profile retail and industrial projects, including Desert Ridge Marketplace, Tempe Marketplace, Westgate Entertainment District, and Scottsdale Waterfront. His landlord client roster has included BKM, Bendetti, Blackstone, Macerich, Stockbridge Capital Partners, GLP, Vestar, DMB, and Metzler, among others.
